my name is joe anthony upshaw,i'm from fresno,ca.i live in mississippi now.my fathers name was joe roland upshaw,i never met him but i would like to someday or at least meet family from his side.i know he has a son and possible daughter?last i heard he livedin the citrus heights area by sacramento,ca.somebody please help me.
