Re: Upshaw cemetary in Elbert Co. GA

Hi Ken (and others) - thanks for your notice on this; I found this one (and copied markers, etc.) in the mid 70s (NINETEEN seventies) and these are African Americans. There is a White Upshaw cemetery about 1/4 mile east of this one which is REALLY remote; it is included in the Elbert County cemetery book, which I don't know whether is still available or not.
