L. Love:In your post dated April 3, 1998 you stated‘John Utley born 1753 Stonington, CT. and died N.Y. 1839.He was married to Thankful Kinney.A soldier in the Rev War serving from CT. and later moved to Leyden, N. Y.’

Who were his father and mother?(dates if possible)
Who were his siblings?
Names of children of John and Thankful?

I believe one of his sons was Johnb.1795 CT. and died 1881 in N.Y.at age 86.
He served in War 1812 with NY militia.His wife was Nancy Hubbard (b1802 CT, died 1881 NY at age 79).

I further believe my GGrandfather Samuelb.1829, town of Leyden, NY in Lewis County to be a son of John (1795-1881) and Nancy Hubbard.

Other children of John and Nancy were:Walter b.1832 and died in Civil War, John Wesley,Sarah,Nancy, Jane, Joseph and Lillian.

Question:Can you confirm any of this and could you give me any further information on this line or recommend a reliable source.
