Glad to know you have a paper document.
You can not assume or presume anything in genealogy. Only the location of a village is IT for research.
My own grandparents put down Austria on their state marriage license and they should have put down Hungary.
The Blatnice close to SK was never in Hungary but Austria.
There is Blatnice in Bohemia region as well.

Stribrne Hory is 4 km East of Havlickuv Brod (Moravia)
Nalzovske Hory is West of Horazdovice - Bohemia region
Maybe the region for your research is Bohemia and not Moravia.
from www.ihff.atwhen I type in Nalzov I get Ellischau - Nalzovy = Stribrne Hory, Bohemia.

right side of the map large 8 small 20 Horazdiowitz is now Horazdovice, Hradeschitz is Hradesice; Silbergb is Stribrne Hory; Ellischau is Nalzovy. Possible these two villages were incorporated into one.
Cross reference with www.jewishgen.org/ShtetlSeeker/loctown.htm
What you think?Might this be the area of your research?I was just going with the information on the marriage record. It is in Latin - Roman Catholic. No W in Czech alphabet but it does give the strong V.
