James Arthur Vellas took the name when he arrived in America in 1909. His birth name was Anastasios Athenasios Vellas. His father was Athenasios Vellas and his mother was Maria Kondulos (Kondulas). Don't know anything about Maria or Athenasios. Came from Naoussa Greece. Any informations would be great! Thanks!
