Re: Relation between Benj, Wages & Fancis Wages of KY?
The answers to all of your questions requires a 402 page family history with an additional 118 page relationship to me of all the persons in the history. The complete Ky line from William thru Francis Xavier to the present day has been compiled by Maureen McCarthy in a most excellent manner. Our recent trip to SC has given us the SC ,NC, VA connection to William, "Your Benjamin ",and mine also, is the grandson of this same William , indentured to Va and then married in Maryland in 1704. All Hallow's Church in Ann Arundel Co. will give you the PROOF you desire. Va records show the indenture records. Most family stories come from families married into the line. Passed down , many embroidered upon or "cleaned up" but never officially recorded. Even Old Ben signed his name as "X".
