Samuel & Civilty Waldroup/Waldrop GA -> AL
I am trying to identify the folllowing family found in the 1860 Calhoun Co., AL Census. I believe this
family may have moved from Troup Co., GA after the 1850 Census.
Samuel Waldrip 32 M Blacksmith
Civilty " 32 F
Texanna " 8 F
John T. " 5 M
Martha A. " 1 F
John Pattridge 69 M
Linda " 59 F
On the 1850 Troup Co., GA Census, this family is found:
John Patridge 59 M Farmer
Royalinda " 54 F
Franklin L. " 20 M Farmer
Synthi F. " 22 F
Henry L. " 17 M Farmer
Isiah " 14 M
There is a marriage listed for a Civility Partridge and a Samuel Waldroup in Troup Co., GA in 1858.
Could "Synthi Patridge" in 1850 be "Civilty Waldrip" in 1860? There is a Thomas Waldrop (age 26)
family listed on the same page as the Patridge family in Troup Co., GA census n 1850. Could he be
Samuel's brother? Any help would be appreciated.
