William Walters, Hecktown, Bethlehem PA

I am looking for info on William Walters, he married Polly Bunstein/Bonstein/Bundstein/ etc, she was b. abt 1790, she was born in Hecktown, her father was one of the early settlers of Bethelen Twp.. I am trying to find him and his parents and siblings and their children.. Polly's parents were Jacob Bunstein and Katrina Schnable [Snables], they owned land in the Dryland area, if anyone knows of these Walters, I would appreciate any info.
