Ever since posting my last message, it's been running around in my head this same situation----there were two different men named George W. Kellum (my early informant, Carolyn Cunningham, told me), both reputed to have been a son of James A. Kellum (who it seems was married at least five times). The eldest George W. was reputed to have been the son of Delaney Warbington. My info on our Warbington Network site detailed the eldest one, and info there has not been updated in a couple of years. I was looking forward to your reply. So, are you telling me your line descends from the eldest George W.?

This Warbington-Kellum family line sure needs a lot more digging! Posting what's been found on forums like this hopefully will call more attention to the problem. With James A. Kellum having married so many times, it's hard to be really certain which child was by which mother, when you are checking the censuses.
