Johann Andreas Wuerschler
Ok - Thank you John D. Warstler!
I went to the Rootsweb site and found the tracing from my grandfather (Hugh T. Warstler) back to Johann Andreas Wuerschler.... and have added my father and my brother to the following list as well.
The thing that is quite discouraging... in not one website am I ever listed as being in the Warstler family. My brother is listed, and even my father's 1st wife's daughter born years after the divorce(no relation by blood or marriage to the Warstler's), yet I am not recorded.
Anyhow - this is what I found courtesy of another posting by John D Warstler.

Jeffery P. Warstler (died 1996)
My grandfather had two marriages - the first producing multiple children, and the second producing three - my aunt Glenda who passed in the 1950's at the age of 20, my father Arvid Hugh (still alive and kicking!), and my aunt Gloria (now Austin), very much a live and well.My grandfather was also a pastor in the Brethern church, everywhere from IN to MI.Most of his family is still in Indiana from what my father has told me about his half-siblings.
My father had two marriages as well - the first producing my half-brother, Jeffery Paul Warstler (died 1996), and on other sites, crediting him with a daughter, Jodi Lynn Warstler.Jodi is not my father's daughter, but received his surname from her mother (Doris Shafer) due to her not reverting back to her maiden name.
My father married my mother, Sharon Irene Chrysler, and beared one child, myself - Jennifer Lynn Warstler (1978).
I am so excited, because I never had history past my grandfather, as he died when I was in 2nd grade. There is a huge generational gap between my father and I, as my brother was old enough to be my father at the time I was born.Because of this age difference, I never really met anyone else in my family, except my grandfather - which I vaguely remember.
I felt like a lone Warstler, without the understanding of family, and the connection to the name I thought was uniquely my own. Seeing the family tree like this has really made me feel connected... thank you for helping me piece together the family I never knew.
If there is a mistake, or any other information, please feel free to let me know!
