I found this obit in my files and wanted to share. I don't know any thing about this person but am always interested in the Warthen (any sic) line.

WAR VETERAN SUCCUMB
Frank L. Wortham, Former Riverman Had Been Ill For Two Years.
Frank L. Wortham, World War veteran and for some years an employe of the Mississippi Warrior Service, died early yesterday morning at U.S. Veterans Hospital No. 88, after an illness of two years.
He was 35 years old. During the war, he served in the navy. He worked for the barge line until forced to retire because of his health.
He leaves his father, John W. Wortham; a sister, Mrs. H. L. Armstrong; and a niece, Miss Mildred Armstrong.
Funeral services, conducted by the Rev. Dr. Edward N. Nesbitt, will be held at 3 o'clock this afternoon at the funeral home of J. T. Hinton & Son. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
