This is NOT my WATTS lineage.....
Here are some notes from my WATTS/WATT/WATSON data base. Your WATTS ancestors match Y-chromosome DNA with my Alabama WATTS boys who came from NC (not sure where?).In 1830-40's my WATTS found in around the Dahlonega, Lumpkin County, Georgia area where the older brothers served in the Florida Indian Wars (1837). By 1849 the older brothers received Bounty Lands located in Blount County, Alabama. My ancestor is Levi WATTS born 1829 and died after 1904 last found signing over land in Winston County, Alabama to his youngest son Arthur Henry WATTS.
