Great, I have been travelling lately to Australia. Melbourne & Brisbane, and I noted a healthy 'colony' of Weare's in both telephone directories. A good thing. 'Weare' was a reasonably well known name, but over the centuries, due to wars & battles etc, the family numbers have come under threat.12 Weare's, from Bristol and surrounds, were killed in WW1, wasted young men. So some lines have been lost. I cannot for the life of me find the man who has the list of all UK Weare's.One I am looking for and cannot find, but cant be far away !? is Clarence Weare, son of Clarence and Alice Weare, he be born about 1885, his brother Claude (Maurice Claudian) was killed at the first falkland/coronel battle, on HMS Monmouth Nov 1, 1914....
