i have been following Merry Webb SR (3)... b. 1745 to 1816Marioncounty tn.....
My line is from his son Henry......

WEhave found all of MerryWEBb sr. children except for Martha DOver and I have a few Leads on Her...

This Winney S. Peoples. (nee WEBB) .. can be found in Carter county tn... Note: census 1830 and 1840...
To prove that she is Merry WEBb Sr. daughterIn 1832 Carter county Tn..she singed a Marr. lic. for Hugh D Pyburn ( graandson of Merry WEBb sr.(3).. ). to a Mary (Polly) Peoples.(winney's niece by marriage to a Nathan Peoples.

I have found a Elizabeth WEBB Williams in Howell county Mo. in 1850's ..
Note in Howell county Mo.is were Rev. John GrandchildrenJoel B. WEbband Townsand WEBB.
Rev. John is belived to be the son of William and Jane (Martin) WEBB. brother of Merry WEBb (3).. Also in Ripley /
Carter county is were you'll find Jacob and Mary (Nee WEBB ) Pyburn.... and Henry's 2 sons and Grandson also and a possiabel gradaughter Martha Pyburn Md to a Issac Pennington....form Marin county Tn. 1840.



AS for this Merry WEBB in Barren county Ky.. 1810.. I have afton wondered if this is not the Merry WEBbson of William and Jane(nee Martin) WEBB...
Note all the children match.. and we do have proff of Merry 's children being in Ky.. Note Jacob and Mary ( dughter of Merry WEBB (3) )) son Thomas Love Pyburn b. in Ky 1806....( Note that in late 1810 -second son Hugh D. Pyburn b. in N.C...

Also ... In Barren county Tn...Merry WEBB ( 3?) gaveHenry WEBB son the right to chase after a runaway slave.... Note . Merry WEBB (2) there are no records of him having Salves....
This is only My belief... OneI am trying to prove....

Also the Merry WEBB in WArren county .... This is our Merry WEBB (3) note theSAme land deed to Merry WEBbwas laterin1823Merry WEBb Jr.winesed by a George Willimasand states he's a brother in Law... ( Eilizabeth WEbb Willimas Husband?)This part of Warren county went to marion county.Tn.....
