I am seeking the parents of John Webster, Jr born June 9, 1816 either NH or ME.His father John Webster Sr was age 81 in 1861 living in Stanstead Quebec with his son's family. I have been unable to find a birth record in NH or ME.On one son's death certificate, it says he was born in Lisbon ME but no proof of this has been found. Census reports give a NH birthplace.

Among John Jr's children are girls named Mary and Elizabeth with unknown derivation, although they are common names. Can you tell me more about Elizabeth and her parents John Webster and Mary Prescott?
