Re: Eliza Wedge, Washington County Ohio 1837

Elizabeth Maria Wedge b. 1816 m. John Buck Mason 1837 and they had 7 children.On September 4, 1855 she married Ambrose Kim in Athens Co. Ohio. (John Mason had died in 1852.)Ambrose was a widower with at least three children.Ambrose Kim and Elizabeth Maria Wedge Mason Kim had John Kim b. 1856/57.I found them on the 1880 census living in Troy Twp, Athens Co., Ohio. Eliza was 63 and John Kim was 23.No mention of Ambrose, I assume he had died.The Athens County Historical Society could find no record of John Kim after 1880. John Kim was a surprise to me.My family had never mentioned his existence.I think he may have left Ohio.Do you know of John Kim?
