WEEGER from Bavaria

My Grandfather Peter Anton Weeger came from Wolframs Eschenbach, Bavaria, Germany to the U.S. in 1913 and stayed with relatives / friends in Chicago, Illinois on Rice or Division Streets. Would like to make a connection with the people or relatives that he stayed with. I have a photo and a copy of a post card. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
