IChristian Wenger, a Swiss emigrant, in 1727 at Grofdale, West Earl township, he had 3 sons, Michael, John and Henry and a daugther who became the wife of Christian Weaver.

III Rev. Joseph Wenger,( died 1850, aged 83) son of Michael, Mennonite Minster, married ______Hurst, the had a family of 4 sons, Michael, Benjamin,Daniel, and Joseph, and 3 daughters, Daughters not named but husbands are John Nolt,Samuel Rupp and Isaac Winger.

IVJoseph Wenger, son of Rev. Joseph married Catharine Burkholder, they had 2 sons, John and Joseph who married the d/o George Groff.

VJohn Wenger,(died in Paradise in 1885, aged 71, Mary died July 3, 1879, aged 62) son of Joseph was born in 1814, he married Mary Erb, d/o Emmanuel Erb of Warwick township. They had seven children; Joseph, Abraham, Mariah, Jacob, Lizzie, Annie and John

VIAbraham Wenger, also the s/o John and Mary (Erb) Wenger, was born near Oregon, Lancaster County, PA., he married on Sept. 13 1860 to Adaline Fry,( died 3/23/1893 aged 53) a d/o Martin H. Fry of Ephrate. Their children; Ada F., Annie M., wife of Jacob Stoner of Lancaster City, Albertus F. a coach painter of Paradise, Lincoln a druggist of Lancaster City and Mary E., a teacher in the Lancaster Public Schools
