Am seeking info on Fred Wenger b 22 Jun 1834(my gggrandfather) who emigrated from Canton, Bern area of Switzerland to Monticello, Jones Co., Iowa approx 1880.Fred's wife was Anna Barbara Minder b 21 Dec 1836.They had 12 children, Fritz, John "Jake", Gottfried, Christ, Rudolph, Mary, Eliza "Lizzy", Rose, Sam, Carl, Ernest & Emma.Any info would be greatly appreciated.You may email me directly @ [email protected]!
