B. Wenman and Elizabeth Cottrill

I am looking for info about B. Wenman (could be Bernard) and his wife Elizabeth Cottrill.Elizabeth was m. 1st to William Langdon.She and William were m. in 1795 at Swede's Church in Philadelphia.They had son John (maybe others) and probably lived in New York City.John m. Sarah Ann Leonard in 1821 at Trinity Church New York City.I believe that at some point before this wedding, William died and Elizabeth m. B. Wenman.

I found John with his 3rd wife living in Orleans Co., NY in 1838.John and his family and mother lived in Monmouth, Warren Co., IL in 1850.B. Wenman is not mentioned in the census.I assume that he had passed away by this time.There is a big tombstone with most of John's family, his mother and his mother-in-law listed on it.B. Wenman is not listed.I assume that B. Wenman passed away before they moved to Warren Co.

John had 2 children with the middle name Wenman.His son Cottrill Wenman Langdon had sons John Bernard Langdon and Wenman Langdon.
