Since my Wentz family post in 2007, we have found a few more facts about Jacob Andrew Wentz and where he is buried. Would you be close to his cemetery? I would love to konw whom is buried next to him in the family plot.

Jacob Andrew Wentz, 20, born July 1864, PA, residence Cawker township, Mitchell County, KS.
Jacob Andrew Wentz and wife Ella were noted as living in Cawker township, Mitchell County, KS in 1885. Jacob and wife Ella would move to Orville, Hamilton Co., Nebraska by the 1900 Census.
Jacob Andrew Wentz, 35, born July 1864 PA, wife Ella, 34, born May 1866 IL, and step children J. D. Canfield 14, Chester H. Canfield 11, Floyd E. Canfield 9, and Florence Canfield 7, were living Orville, Hamilton Co., Nebraska in 1900. Jacob Wentz remarried April 11, 1911 to Nellie Belle Hayes, at House, Hastings Co., NE. The marriage ended in divorce before 1919 and there was no record of any children from this marriage.
Jacob Andrew Wentz' step-son, J. D. Canfield, married Bessie May Zigler, April 29, 1908, Marquette, Hamilton Co., NE.
Jacob Andrew Wentz' step-son, J. D. Canfield, WW1 Draft Registration, signed Sept 12, 1918, indicated J. D. Canfield, age 32, born May 16, 1886, was married to Bessie May (Zigler) Canfield, residing at Morril (Collins), Scotts Bluff Co., NE. J. D. Canfield was self-employed as a farmer.

Jacob Andrew Wentz died March 9, 1922, Hastings, Adams Co., Nebraska and is buried at Parkview Cemetery, Hastings, Adams Co., NE. Sister Caroline "Carrie" Wentz Hoener Stumme Cornelius would be buried in Parkview in 1938 next to her brother.
