Henry C. Wharton of Missouri

I am looking for info on the parents of Henry C. Wharton.
He was born in 1883 in MO.He married Mable Rushin and they had 2 children: Lee L. b.1909 and David Lee b.1914.Henry lists his parents as being born in England in the 1910 Census but lists his mother as being from IL in the 1920 Census.Henry and Mable are my great-grandparents and any info would be appreciated.
