Noah Whitlatch ~ Greene Co., PA
Noah Whitlatch (abt 1849-aft 1910).
I have found Noah Whitlatch as an infant (age 1) with the Noah Debolt family in Aleppo Twp, Greene Co., PA on the 1850 census. He is found again on the 1870 census living with the same family at age 21. The 1880 census record shows he had married Isabel (Antill), still located in Aleppo Twp. with 2 sons, Albert C. and Wiliam P.
By 1900 he is living with his son, Albert, in Robinson Twp., Washington County, PA. Curiously, the record indicates he is still married but Isabel is not found in the household with Noah.
The 1910 census has Noah (age 61) still residing with his son, Albert, but in Mt. Pleasant Twp., Washington County, PA. He is, again, listed as married but still no Isabel in the household. After 1910, I can find no trace of Noah through online resources.
I am hoping someone might be willing to share any information regarding Noah Whitlatch or at least point me in the right direction.
Also, any information regarding Noah’s son, Albert, would be greatly appreciated. After 1918, Albert seems to have disappeared also. While it seems Albert’s mother, Isabel reappears on the 1920 census in Cecil Twp. Washington County, PA with a previously unknown son, John (b. abt 1882).
Thanks in advance for any information.
