In Vacation as afore said on the application of William Gutherie who Executes and files Bond, With Joseph Walton, as his Security, in the penal Sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars, coudetioned according to Law, Letting Testementary, When by the Clerk of the Probate Court of Washington County Indiana, granted to hin the said Wiliam Gutherie, of all the Goods, Chattels, rights, Credits, Monies and effects, which were of John Coulter late of Said County deceased, who died intestate and the Said Administrator makes Oath for the faith for discharge of the duties and Trust committed to him According to the provision of the Statements in Such case made and providied--And Letting Testamant any and delivered to him accordingly, this 7th day of August 1841.

Comes William Guthrie admin of the estate of John Coulter decd,& moves the court for settlement herein & therefor he files his account current herein by which It appears he stands charged as the books of this Court with the sum of $512.00--As such admin & he also files Voucheers from No 1 to No 34 inclusive amounting in the aggreagte to the Suum of $383.12 which are allowed by the court and passed to his credit leaving a balance of $128.98 in his hands for futher Settlement herein all of which is by the Court approved.

Comes William Guthrie admin of the estate of John Coulter decd and moves the court for a settlement Thereupon he files his account current by which it appears that the balance remaining in his hands at the last settlement was $128.98 Interest since recd $9.99 making together the sum of $138.97 He files vouchers from No 35 to No 47 amounting in the aggregate to the sum of $154.53 which are allowed by the court & passed to the credit leaving a balance in his hand as such Admin of $15.56 All of which is by the Court approved.

Benjamin V Wible appointed Guardian of Adam Wible John Wible and Isiah Wible who being of lawful age for that purpose come unto court and make choice of him as suchAnd also Hugh Wible minor heirs of Adam Wible deceased----Whereupon the said Benjamin V Wible with Hugh McPheeters his security executes bond approved by the court in the penalty of $800-and takes the oath as such Guardian required by law.
Samuel Wible administrator of the estate of Adam Wible deceased produces an account of his administration of said Estate includes vouchers 1 to 17-whereby it appears there as a balance in his hand of $1579.83-for dividends amongst the heirs and widow of said decedant-And it appearing to the courtby the several statements thereof filed under Oath -that the following advancements had been made by the said decedent in his lifetime to sundry heirs & Representatives towit To John Coulter and Wife $63.25---to Hugh McPheeters & wife $45.75. Joseph C Wible $25.25-to John Rigney & wife $33.27. Benjamin M Wible son of John Wible deceased $143.12.---To Samuel Wible $15.62 and to Benjamin V Wible $68.87-making in all the sum of $396.50. which added to the Balance as above in the hands of said administrator after deducting theroform $526.61 the widows portion thorem makes the sum of $1449.74 and there being thirteen heirs of said dededent the portions of each thereon is $111.57 2/10 cts-It is therefore ordered and decreed that the said administration make dividend of the said estate in hiz hands to the widow, heirs and representatives of said decedent as followz towit----To Hugh McPheeters & wife $65.71 8/10-To john coulter & wife $48.26 8/10---To Joseph C Wible $85.26 8/10To John Rigney & wife 77.89 3/10--- To Benjamin V Wible$42.64 3/10--- To Samuel Wible $95.89 3/10---- To Margaret A Wible $111.57 5/10---- To George P Lynn & Eliza E his wife $111.50 8/10---To Adam Wible $111.50 8/10---To John Wible $111.50 8/10---To Isiah Wible $111.50 8/10---To Hugh Wible $111.50 8/10--- And it is further ordered and decreed that the said Benjamin M Wible refund to the said Adam $31.60 the amount advanced to him as aforesaid over and above being said dividend to equalize the said estate amongst said heirs.
