Re: John B Wickizer, son of Isaac Wickizer
I'm not aware of any earlier Wickizer Cemetery. Isaac and his father Conrad were either buried on the family farm near Wilkes-Barre (now located within the city limits), or in the old cemetery in Wilkes-Barre that fronts the Susquehanna River, and was partially impacted by the great flood. In any case, no stones appear to have survived.
John B. Wickizer did indeed divorce his first wife, and married twice more, having a second family (four girls) by his second wife, and not dying until 1899 in Scranton. There's a brief obit in the Scranton newspaper of the time.
