I am afraid but I personally do not have dates on a William Frederick WIENKE but perhaps I can help your friend... Does she have the death certificate of her father ? There should be mentioned where he was born and when. I found many William Frederick in the www and I am making a list "given name of WIENKE - birth place and date - death place and date - information from ..."

In german "William Frederick" is "Wilhelm Friedrich" by the way.

I also have a website where I have a list of WIENKE researchers... Perhaps she likes to be added to the list and other researchers could help her more than I can...
