I have also found this information.I know I am related to Thomas Wiens, but I do not know how to go from Thomas Wiens to my grandfather, William Wiens.Any information would be great!

Not sure if you'll be able to view this link:It previews a book that goes through a lot of information on the Hochfeld estate and brings up a lot of names, including Thomas Wiens.

It looks like Thomas Wiens (who established Hochfeld in 1836) married Helena, and together they had four heirs:
Mrs. Johann (possibly Helena) Cornies (nee Wiens) born about 1830
Mrs. Johann (possibly Susanna) Neufeld (nee Wiens) born about 1820
Jakob Thomas Wiens
Thomas Thomas Wiens

There is further information there, this is just what I summarized.Any further information on this would be appreciated.
