I found this link that may fill in some holes re Katharina Wiens and Neufelds:I am looking for information on Thomas Wiens:
Not sure if you'll be able to view this link:It previews a book that goes through a lot of information on the Hochfeld estate and brings up a lot of names.

It looks like Thomas Wiens (who established Hochfeld in 1836) married Helena, and together they had four heirs:
Mrs. Johann (possibly Helena) Cornies (nee Wiens) born about 1830
Mrs. Johann (possibly Susanna) Neufeld (nee Wiens) born about 1820
Jakob Thomas Wiens
