Know all men by these presents that I George Wiles Sen'r being in low state of health but of sound mind and memory I first commit my body to the earth from whence it came and spirit to God who gave it and after all my just debts and funeral charges paid I will and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Reganer Wiles, all my Parsonal Property for her own use forever.I also will and bequeath unto my son, Jacob Wiles, two hundred and ten acres of land lying in Monongalia County and state of Virginia all the waters of Wrye Creek joining Woodring Land and others I will and bequeath unto my son, George Wiles, one dollar.I also will and bequeath unto my sonWilliam Wiles, one dollar.I also will and bequeath unto my son, John George Wiles one dollar.I also will and bequeath unto my daughter, Susanna Ryanherst one dollar.I also will and bequeath unto mu daughter, Margret Rightinour one dollar.I do hereby acknowledge this to be my Last Will and Testament as Signed Sealed and Delivered, in the presents of : David SwindlerGeorge Wiles(seal) Geo. The information I have lists the name of his first wife as Maria Margareta.She was deceased by Nov 1805. George married Regina Spaur (Spahr)11/23/1805 Monongalia County Virginia.
