Joseph Willman b. 1800 age 54 (may have been spelled Wilmann-- from passenger list) came to the US on the Blanchard from Le Havre France and landing in NY 21 June 1854.
On the voyage he also had along his wife Catherine (b. 1813?) and son Paulus (b. 1830 Paul). Listed also on the passenger list were other Wilmanns, not clearly defined as traveling with them:
Cresanz age 16 (b.1838) Madelaine age 10 (b.1844) Alix age 3 (b.1851) maybe Alexandra or Uie (part-illegible) Barby (or Darby b.1853- Died May 17 on the voyage)
If anyone has information regarding these people, I would appreciate any information. Joseph and his family settled in Allamakee Co., Iowa in time to be recorded on the 1860 census. I have no other information regarding Cresanz or his siblings.
