Re: A message for the Willroths!
I have some early Swedish Willroth for you:
Christian Willroth married born 1666 (place unknown, birth provionally calculatedaccording age on to death certificate) married Johanna Johansdr Hoygaerd on 1 may 1710 in Hög, Malmo districtSweden. He was married before c 1695 to an Elina NN.
- from the 1st marriageat least 2 children: Johan (c1702 and probably also Michael c 1705(whose surnames changed to Billroth in their later life).
- from the 2nd marriage:also 2 children at least : Martin-Friedrich (1710) and possibla a Johan (1724).
The line I am interested is the 2nd putative son Michel Billroth, whose descendants I have alsmost complete (in Germany and Netherlands).
Maybe you have some data for me too? (you can also reply to me privately and in the group simultaneously, butI prefer private). Unfortunatedly the Vital Records for Hög and neraby Kavlingen are not very complete in this period.
Thids name is quite rare in this area of Sweden in that time, so that the supposed links of these family members is more than likely.
