Welcome Wesley Winchell, b. Belle Isle, Onondaga Co. NY, Sept 13, 1881.m.Utica, NY, 2 Sept 1907 , Jessie Shingler.Street Car Conductor in Syracuse, NY in 1910.
One son is listed:
Wesley Martin, b. Syracuse, NY, 4 April 1910.
