I've just discovered this line, but I do have the following tidbits:
Stepney Parish records, Somerset, MD:
Cannon Winright, son of Cannon and Rebecah, born 18 Nov 1833
Stevan Winright, son of Cannon and Rebecah, born 9 May 1736
Solomon Winright, son of Cannon and Rebeccah, born 9 June 1739/40
Levin Winright, son of Cannon and Rebecca, born 31 October 1742
John Winright, son of Cannon and Rebecca, born 1 May 1744
In Land Records, Wicomoco, Maryland, p. 315: Pasturage, patented 20 October 1705 by James Makemarie and William Winright for 260 acres. 8 June 1734 James Makemorie sold 260 acres to Cannon Winright. 27 January 1755 James Winright, son of Cannon Winright, with wife Nelly Winright sold 110 acres to Cannon Winright for 5 shillings. 1783 tax, James Winright, 130 acres, Nanticoke 100. 1795 James Winright willed to grandson Levi Selby, son of Henry Selby and Rebecca Selby, deceased, 265 acres except 30 acres sold to Elihu Larramore, to daughter Sarah Mezick, wife of George Mezick, use of 75 acres. After her death, to grandson Benjamin Mezick, son of George Mezick. 27 June 1796 William Winright, Solomon Winright, Nancy Winright, Jane Winright and James Riggin [married Betty Winright] of Worcester County sold 100 acres to Henry Walston.
James Winright, son of Cannon (and Rebecca Townsend??), married Eleanor Collier, daughter of Robert and Ann (Douty) Collier--Nelly Winright is named in Robert Collier's will. Children named in James Winright's will were Nancy Winright, Jane Winright, daughter-in-law Ann, wife of James Winright (deceased), grandson Levi Selby, son of Henry and Rebecca (deceased), Sally Mezick, wife of George Mezick, grandson Benjamin Mezick, son of George, sons-in-law Henry Selby and George Mezick. Witnesses were John Jones of Benjamin, John R. Mezick, Hugh Porter (Hugh Porter married Peggy Winright, daughter of Solomon Winright).
I think, although I don't have all the documentation yet, that Cannon Winright, son of William Winright and Mary Cannon, married Rebecca Townsend. In addition to the children named above, they had a son James, who married Eleanor Collier. Cannon Winright, born 1691, died 1754, leaving an estate. I haven't seen his will yet, but I'm working on getting a copy.
