I've found multiple references to Eyschachen with some Google searches. One is a street in modern day Langnau (http://www.google.ch/url?sa=t&source=web&ct=res&cd=3&url=http%3A%2F%2Fmap.search.ch%2F3550-langnau-im-emmental%2Feyschachen-30.en.html&ei=xP2QSp_MF9OK-Qba5-3yDQ&usg=AFQjCNGWkK3sKsW4FFn8-JRkez6RsmFvqg), so maybe this street was named after the area of Langnau from way back when.E.g.: Langnau grew to encompass Eyschachen and they named the street Eyschachen that went to/through the area.
That's my best guess as to what Eyschachen refers to.
The other is a (seemingly defunct) area of Canton Uri (http://www.google.ch/url?sa=t&source=web&ct=res&cd=1&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ur.ch%2Fde%2Fvd%2Fawoev%2Fbewertungskriterien-eyschachen-m1776%2F&ei=xP2QSp_MF9OK-Qba5-3yDQ&usg=AFQjCNGA1KwHxqXoS3DFrTA9mQNvgvQohA).
