I was once given a list of surnames that were connected. I can't find the family that gave them. It is similar to the ones you have. That means little, I suppose.
I am writing at this time to ask if you have anything else on the Grothe. I recentlysee it is a name of anna Doroth. Grothe who married a Luhmann and died in Bleckede in1850.Would you have something like this in your tree.
