John Wolter died 10 Oct 1890. His first wife Sophia may have been Bierman.She was born 30 Dec 1813 and died 2 Feb 1874.His second wife Anna died 21 Oct 1883.

The William Wolter family ended up in Martin county,Minnesota.He had married Caroline Storbeck.They had a total of 16 children. Caroline died in 21 Nov 1892, while pregnant with child number 16 following a prairie fire. Mother and child were both lost.William then married Lena Sanders.William died 13 July 1922 in Martin County, Minnesota.

Fred died in 25 Nov 1862.

His twin Wilhelmina married Edward Lankow whom she divorced around 1888.They had 6 children, 3 of which were living according to the 1910 census.I could only find reference to two.She married John Chamberlain Fitzgerald 3 Oct 1908 in Yamhill County, Oregon.After his death, she joined her daughter Martha Lankow Robinson in Fresno, Fresno County, California.

I have a lot of information, having been in contact with several Wolter lines.
