Philo Harris Woodworth - died 6/21/1892

I am interested in info on Philo Harris Woodworth - trying to trace back and see if I can find out who his parents were - the only info I have is that he was born in 1838 in either Cleveland, OH or in Buffalo, NY.
He was married to Maria Beulah Underwood, who later in life became a well known evangelist - Maria Woodworth-Etter.Any help would be appreciated about either of the above.
