Dear Stuart,You mentioned that you were related to a Woodworth in Chester (England)about 1900. My wife was born Woodworth in Handbridge Chester, where a number of Woodworth fihermen and boatmen lived. Bithels operated the pleasure boats on the Dee, certainly up to recently. We have researched back from her father (Tom Woodworth, born 1904) to his grandfather William (born 1844). William's father was born in Daresbury/Runcorn, Cheshire in 1803, with the alternative name Woodward.
