I have consulted a few web sites (sources) for my information on Jonathon and Sarah (Greaver) Wynne. They are as follows:
Thomas Graves - Quaker web site of New Castle, Delaware
Merion Meeting Graveyard Data - Lower Merion Historical Society
Jonathan Wynne's on-line will written 1719 and executed 1721 after his death Dec. 28, 1720.
Other Wynne/Wynn genealogy web pages
Jonathan Wynne and Sarah Greaves seem to have been married 1695/1696.This is in agreement with nearly all sources. The marriage likely occured in New Castle, PA now New Castle, Delaware.
Jonathan ws the only son of Dr. Thomas Wynne.
Both Jonathan and Sarah are buried in the Merion Meeting Grave Yard.
Both families were in New Castle, Delaware. The Wynne's would re-establish roots in Wynnestay(in Philadelphia).
My Wynne line Jonathon s/o Jonathan would migrate to Nantmeal Twp. Chester County after he received (inherited)200 acres of land in Chester County when his father passed away. His brother Thomas would remain in Wynnestay.
I have no further information on the second part of your question.
I hope this helps.Ray Haupt
