I forgot to add .. Regarding the marriage of Jonathan and Sarah .. I did find a source to indicate the marriage occurred in Wethersfield, Hartford, Connecticut.There seems to have been a Wynne family connection to that area. Perhaps siblings to Dr. Thomas Wynne.I am unable to confirm at this moment where I found this source.I cannot recall if this source had a specific date for the marriage.

Still, I believe it is most likely they were married in New Castle, Deleware area although no sources I could find could provide a specific record/date either - only an approximate 1795/1796 time period.
