I need to backtrack to your earlier statement: "The article further references an inventory of William's estate recorded 3/3/1761, Lunenburg, W.B. 2, p. 73 wherein it states that William had at least three children - Richard, William and John and their children are likewise mentioned.
I see that Cabiness claims the relationships are established in WB 2, p. 73.
I must order p. 73 from Will Book 2 to see the contents of that page. I've seen only the abstract, which does not mention children or relationships other than William Stone's wife, Elizabeth. If William Stone's children were listed by name on that page, then my apologies for going the long way around. It's just that I've come to expect that 2nd hand sources are not always reliable.
