George Wynne marr to Agnes Wurm lived Brooklyn NY
I am researching the WILLARD family whose origins were in DENMARK.
My immigrant ancestor, my gg-gf, was Andrew Willard Sr. [born abt 1836 Denmark] who married in 1860 in Boston, MA to Jane McMullen [born St. John, New Brunswick] . After the Civil War they settled in Brooklyn, NY.
Among Andrew & Jane's children was a son Andrew Willard Jr. who was married abt 1887 to Mary D. [have not confirmed her maiden name yet - birth certs for 2 of her children are hard to read] Andrew Willard Jr died in 1904 and is buried in the family plot in Greenwood Cem. in Brooklyn, NY.
By 1920 census we see Andrew Willard Jr's widow Mary, has remarried to John McInerney born Ireland and they are living in Brooklyn, NY, with the Willard children: Harry Willard 22 yrs, Annie Willard 18 yrs and Mary Willard [her surname should have been WURM], 24 yrs, widowed and also Thomas McInerney 18 yrs old.
The daughter Mary Willard aka MAY Willard was married to CHARLES WURM. He predeceased her. Mary Willard Wurm died young at 26 yrs old on March 15, 1921 Brooklyn, NY.
