Benjamin was in Townsend Twp on 23 March 1807 when he filed a land petition.
His will dated Windham 1 Oct 1827 names his wife Abegil and children Phebe, Thomas, John, Gabriel, Abraham, Thomas, Elizabeth More, Sarah Willcox, Mary Reed, Lidia Links, and Abegil McNeal.

My connection is Abraham who married Susannah Horton, dau of Samuel, born in the U.S. c1791.Abraham served in the war of 1812 in the Norfolk militia.
Their daughter Phebe, b. c1816, m. Samuel Dorland Doxsie, son of John and Arsenath [Love] Doxsie. The Doxsie's moved to Norfolk from Dutchess Co NY in 1809.They later moved to Norwich, Oxford Co., Ont., then some of them moved to Eaton Co Mi.
Does anyone know who Benjamins parents were or who his wife Abigail's parents were?Does this line tie in with the Rev. Christopher Youngs line.
