History of Pendleton Co, VA by Norton shows George and Mary Zumwalt sold their land there to Peter Meyers in 1789. The next year, 1790, George is on Bourbon Co, KY tax list, Christian is not shown and probably was living with his parents in another county. No tax lists were preserved for Fayette Co, KY until that section became Bourbon Co, KY in 1787. However, Dr Jillson copied old Land Grants.
