On August 12, 1909, Lottie sold this porperty to M. LeBarre Moore of Greenwich, Conn.At the time of this sale she still owed $1,600.00 on the original mortgage which was located near the southern end of the present Level Green Rd. near Speedsville, Caroline Twp., Tompkins Co. and is part of a reforestation project.Henry's name does not appear in any of these transactions. They then moved to a farm on the south end of Van Dorn Rd. (now abandonded).This property was located just north of New York State Rte. 327, across from the entrance to Enfield State Park (Upper Buttermilk) in the town of Enfield, Tompkins Co., New York. Notes for LINDA ELOISE TURK: Linda never had any children although she married twice.She worked at Cornell University as an administrator aide for 15 years.Then after a 2 year break she started a career in banking and finance, retiring after 16 years, at 70 years of age.She now livies in a senior citizen comple of 105 private apartments.Her eyesight and hearing aren't as good as they used to be and she can't walk as fast as she would like.She is by far no invalid at the age of 94.She is still able to handle her own affairs of businnes and finance with only little help from a maid in cleaning.She also reads at least 3 books per week, plays a fair game of bridge, and still does volunteer work.
