The family history begins with Thomas Jefferson Bacon who migrated to Illinois from the state of Ohio.
I have been researching both my father's and my mother's ancestry intermittently since approximately 1970.
My interest in this field was stirred by my Grandmother Pearl Pope Bacon who had a photographic memory about her ancestors and her current family.We had long talks about our family.
