She received it from a Elke Hall; he stated he had gotten it on the Bowling Web Site
Juli states: "Eveline Blankenship, daughter of Hezikiah Blankenship and Nancy Bowling, married a Hiram Blankenship in Tazwell Co. in 1849.I'm trying to find family on Hiram, who is my gggrandfather."She goes on to write:" The story goes that 2 Bowling boys came to live with the Blankenship family when they were passing through. I'm thinking that they were family all along.Hiram spelled his name Hiram B. Blankenship and some of his children also put a B. in their names."she also says," in my papers Hiram can be found in the 1850 census of Tazwell Co. #537 pg.503.The boys have always been refered to as Bomar boys"
