Hulda Hood of Ocean City, Washington dies at 80
Mrs. Hulda R. Reed resident of Ocean City, for Ocean City,for the last eleven years and formerly of Aberdeen. Died this morning at herhome following a brief illness. She was born in Minnesota.
Surviving are her husband, Martin S. Reed, three sons Clark Boyer, of Hequiam, Clarence Boyer, ofAlma and William Boyer of Bemidji, Minnesota Two daughters, Mrs. HarrietRomberg, of Detroit Lakes, Minn. and Mrs. Mayme Smith of Renten, Wash. Two stepdaughters, Miss Lulu Reed of Ocean City, Wash. and Mrs. Harry Peake, ofComestock Park, Michigan: two half brothers Clarance and Arthur Clapshau bothof Raymond, Washington.
She is also the survived 20 grand children.

Mrs. Hulda R. Rood, 80 resident of Ocean city for the past11 years died yesterday morning at her home following a brief illness. She wasborn in Fennimore, Wisconsin, and formerly lived in Aberdeen. Surviving are herhusband Merton S. Rood; three sons, Clark Boyer, Hoquiam, Clarence Boyer, Elma,and William Boyer, Bemidji, Minnesota; two daughters, mrs. Harriet Romburg,Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, and Mrs. Mayme Smith, Renton; two stepdaughters, MissLulu Rood, Ocean City, and Mrs. Harry Peak, Comstock Park, Michigan, two halfbrothers,Clarence and Arthur Clapshaw, both of Raymond; 20 grandchildren.
