Phillip inherited the Eastern portion of his Fathers farm and remained there until his death in 1891. He is buriedat the Caernarvon Cemetery "Methodist" Churchtown, Lancaster Co., Pa. Four of his children, Emma, Philip, Amos and Hiram are buried with their Grandfather Leonard at the Bangor Church in Churchtown.
