Sir: The petition of Elizabeth Doster, and R. L. Lindsey represent to your Honorable Court, that Enoch Doster, a citizen of this District died during the past year, intestate, being the owner of a small tract of land, lying in said District, on the waters of Turkey Creek, bounded by lands of L.H. Smith, Moses Lindsey, _. Thomas Lowry, Robert Ash, and Mrs. Wm K. Hachett, the value of the whole of the real estate of said Enoch Doster within this State is less than one thousand dollars. That the said Enoch Doster has left the following heirs at law, Vis. Margaret Robison, wife of Clark Robison, your petitioner Elizabeth Doster, John Doster, James Doster, who has assigned, released & conveyed to your petitioner R.L. Lindsey all his interest, real and personal, in said estate. Jane Black, wife of Ja's Black, George Doster, William Doster, and Martha Doster,since dead, leaving her will giving all her interest in her father's estate to her three children Ellen, Sinai, and Robert. That of these heirs John Doster, James Black & wife, and William Doster reside without the State and that of the children of Martha Doster the following are minors __z, Ellen and Sinai.
Your Petitioners therefore pray that sale of the said real estate of said Enoch Doster be made and your petitioners will ? ? ?

lands of Estate of Moses Lindsay, J. l. Lowry, estate Wm Hacket, Lawson Smith dec'd & others. and containing one hundred and thirty acres more or less.
should not be divided, or sold, allotting to the said

Lindsay one eighth 1/8 part thereof & to John Doster, Elizabeth Doster, William Doster, James Black & wife Jane each one eighth (1/8) part thereof; To Ellin Doster, Sinah Doster, Robert Doster & Lawrence Doster children of Martha Doster dec'd each one thirty second (1/32) part thereof To Aleister Doster widow of George Doster dec'd one twenty fourth (1/24) part thereof; to John W. Doster, Mary C. Doster, Margaret A. Doster, G.B. Doster, Felix Doster, Albert J Doster, Randolph Doster & SJ Doster children of George Doster dec'd each one ninety sixth (1/96) part thereof; To S.W. Robison, W.E. Robison, David S. _____ & wife Margt S, C.D.
